The rules and conditions that apply when you use Castalore.
By accessing or using Castalore (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Schmarc Technologies, the company behind Castalore.
Castalore is a web application that converts voice recordings into illustrated videos using AI. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the audio recordings and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Castalore a limited license to process and transform your content solely to provide the Service including transcribing, generating images, and rendering your video.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and that your use of the resulting videos complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use policy.

Castalore's software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by Schmarc Technologies and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Pro and Agency plans include a commercial license to use the videos you generate see our pricing page for details.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated transcriptions, illustrations, or videos will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. Use your own judgment before publishing AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castalore's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
